It is an organization, founded in Slovakia as a local youth initiative with the aim to realise positive changes and develop activities on local but also international level in the field of education, labour market, protection of human rights and environment for personal and professional development of youth and their integration into society.

The organization provides the guidance and organize local youth events in order to provide youngsters with information about different educational and career opportunities at local, national and international level. Our campaigns include presentations about Erasmus + projects (youth exchanges, info about writing the projects and setting up an organization), another youth projects, internships, European Solidarity Corps, various business programs or job opportunities, and discussions on these topics at high schools, universities, NGOs, fairs, international institutions. By integration of young and disadvantaged people to the Labor market we contribute to social inclusion.

The organization supports youth entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial competences in youth innovation. The organization's activities enable young people to take positive action and develop themselves effectively. They are focused on improving the skills and knowledge they need to become successful in a business. That´s why we organized discussions with experienced entrepreneurs and stakeholders, we have developed business plans with our target group. By the socially oriented activities combined with entrepreneurship we lead youngsters towards social entrepreneurship field.

The workshops are focused on environmental topics and healthy lifestyle as well. We carry out projects concerning eco – friendly habits - handmade products, zero waste ideas, community actions – clean up days, ecological campaigns, sustainable development – developing ecological business ideas. These workshops are organized in our local area but also abroad where we join many activities. By the variety of the tools we engage youngsters in active lifestyle – yoga and zumba classes, healthy nutrition cooking class, campaigns against obesity, over-weight, diabetes and other diseases related to unhealthy and inactive lifestyle.

Many youngsters/target groups come from rural area region. In order to make them benefit from the opportunities available, we made the workshops on handcrafts, traditional recipes and folk activities. Our culture and traditions are promoted also to foreigners in a multicultural environment.

Other activities and projects are based on promoting active citizenship and engagement in the democratic life of the European Union. We were part of the roadshows organized by Office of European Parliament where we were trying to raise the rate of voters in the elections. During an international project we carried out one-day simulation on elections to EU institutions, made the action plans.

We encourage young people towards volunteering activities by involving them in our events, helping them organize their own small projects, implementing their fresh ideas, giving them a chance to learn about different cultures, participating in international events.

The projects based on media literacy, disinformation, propaganda, fake news are the relevant topics concerning our youth nowadays. Young people get the proper knowledge, useful tips in order to define the major notions and comprehend them, understand the implications of fake news and disinformation in real life by the different approaches, techniques, NFL methods.

Anadoluhisarı rowing sports club, which is one of the reputable clubs of our country, has played a role in the education of many successful athletes in our country since 1945. Our club has trained the athletes who won the right to represent our country for the first time in the Olympic Games, and has also trained the athletes who have achieved successes such as the European championships, 3rd place and 5th place in the world. Our club continues its activities in different branches.

Our club, which continued its training and rowing activities in the Bosphorus until 2005 due to water conditions and the increase of boat traffic, continues its activities at Elmalı Dam. Since 2010, our club has a sea shovel and sea canoe which has been designed for wavy water and has restarted its activities in the Bosphorus. It is one of the rare clubs that have the feature of being a club that supports sports for individuals of all ages, young and old alike, under the philosophy of lifelong sports. Our organization provides basic trainings to small age groups (7-13), trains stars and youth to be performance athletes (14-18 years of age), and provides non-competition-oriented recreational rowing trainings aimed at helping people live healthily and do this sport as a leisure time activity. Our club, which competes with higher-budget clubs, raises two athletes a year at the national team level in average. High schools and secondary schools in Beykoz and Üsküdar regions are screened to discover athletes who are able to represent our country in the international arena. Approximately 5000 children are screened in this study. The selected athletes are included in the team without any charge.

The working days of the athletes in the basic education period are 2 days at the weekend. At Anadoluhisarı Göksu stream, where their trainings takes place, there are 15-20 athletes in total. Trainings are provided in the starting boats for the sea kayaking and the race kayaking which we call mini skiing. As a group with a focus on race per year is small, our goal in this group is to gain a regular sports habit.

Stars and young performance team, at the start of the season, train 5 days a week; as the season progresses they train 6 days a week and 7 days a week during the competition. The trainings take place at the Elma Dam and the Riva stream. The Olympic rowing boats and olympic canoe boats are used in an average of 4 races per year. Adult training groups (+18), who do the sport as leisure activity, can do their trainings in any day in a week.

In order not to have time problems, they are designed according to their free time or the times they want to make sacrifices. The recommended working time is 60 minutes and a maximum of 4 days per week. In this group, participation in optional and entertainment competitions takes place.

Birzai athletics sport club unites young sportsmen of age 10-22. We participate in competitions in Lithuania and abroad. Thought we are sport club, our sphere of interest is much wider. We care about versatile training. The core of our philosophy - understanding that personal development is the key element in the process of personal growing. We want our sportsmen to become independent, strong, educated, patriotic and goal seeking individuals. So, the themes of patriotism, cultural and historical diversity, mutual respect, tolerance, fair play, physical activity, healthy lifestyle, communication and cooperation are actual and interesting for us. Our town is situated in an ecologically sensitive landscape (sinkholes, underground lakes and rivers, caves), some economical and agriculture activities as well as usage of fertilizers are forbidden. This has deep impact on our way of thinking and acting – we do understand and care about ecology. Or club also tries to live, do sports and think ecologically.

Our town is not big (12 thousand inhabitants, www.birzai.lt ), but youth is active and willing to learn and discover new things, so we are ready to be partners in ERASMUS+. Our coaches are experienced and highly qualified

We use sport as a tool to form the pyramid of values, where tolerance, honesty, patriotism, altruism, healthy concurrence and understanding of national, cultural and historical  identity plays significant role. Other aspects of human character and attitudes toward life, people and world around are developed. Club promotes healthy and active lifestyle.

As mentioned above, club tries to live, do sports and think ecologically. Club cooperates with other sport organizations in Birzai region and whole Lithuania. Partners suggested for this project:

Asociace TOM CR, TOM 21105 Dumanci was created to gather youth workers to give them a legal opportunity to participate in the educational process of young people. We have officially worked with children and young people for seven years, but the non-formal group called Dumánci has existed for more than nine years now. Most of our activities were carried out on regional or national level. We organize activities for young people including summer camps, scout camps and various trips to raise their interest in sport, healthy lifestyle, ecological events.

To contribute to professional development of your youth workers, we take part in Erasmus+  mobility of youth workers projects. Some of our members have already participated in these projects in other countries and we have so far also organized eleven Erasmus+ projects in the Czech Republic, two in Turkey and one in Lebanon (which was our biggest success so far) and we are currently preparing new projects for this and the upcoming year.

During the year Asociace TOM CR, TOM 21105 Dumanci organizes weekend activities for young people on different topics. Mostly we try to bring youth to the nature for beneficial work, various sport activities or games. The goal was to lead children to realize that they can have fun without computers and alcohol – and even while working.

In summer we organize children summer camps. Five years ago we organized our first international summer camp with five children from Spain. And this year we connected the camp with a youth exchange and had not only Spanish, but also Slovakian leaders. Thanks to the foreigners, all children had to communicate in English all the time and they improved they language skills a lot.

Over the year we also make excursions to visit museums and other educational centers. We want to make children interested in culture and motivate them to protect cultural heritage (we already have some thoughts on how to promote this idea in a more active way). Some of our activities also focus on film-making (we organized a youth exchange on this topic in May 2017 and a training course in October 2017) and media and we develop media literacy amongst the children.

We use different approaches to teach children and young people and significantly contribute to the process of shaping their personalities.

Many people from our organization have already participated in Erasmus+ projects and we have organized five training courses for youth workers so far. Our members gained a lot of useful experience on working with children, but also leading projects and follow-up activities. We can share these with our partners and therefore contribute to any project we participate in.

We are currently preparing some new projects for this and for the upcoming year and are looking forward to more intercultural activities.

Nowadays our organization consists of 30 active members, but we could also count up to 100 passive members. You can find information about our organization on our website www.dumanci.cz

The sports club was founded in 1958 with a few different sections.  For decades now it had a determining role in the sport life of Jászberény.
